The new generation of Parakiting
Since 2026, Doseah and Olivier have taken over the reins from Max Morriën. Together, we form a close-knit community building upon 30 years of expertise. Whether we are standing on the beach of Wijk aan Zee or soaring through the thermals of the French Alps, our mission remains the same: teaching you to fly with passion and control.
Doseah Morriën
Doseah grew up on the dunes; she made her first (tandem) flight before she was even born. Through years of intensive ground handling, she developed an exceptional feel for wing control. After completing her studies in Biology, she followed her heart back to the flight school. With a sharp eye for technique and a focus on safety, Doseah is driven to grow the Parakiting community alongside Olivier.
Olivier Lenten
Olivier has been immersed in the sport from a young age; he made his first tandem flight at the age of five and began soaring independently along the coast at twelve. After studying Psychology, he decided to combine his passion for the human mind with flight, turning his passion into his profession. With the takeover of Parakiting, this long-held dream is finally coming true, and he proudly continues the school's expertise.
Max Morriën
Max is the pioneer behind Parakiting and the founder of dune soaring in the Netherlands. Since 1993, he has developed the unique teaching methods that form the foundation of our school. As an internationally recognized expert, he has helped countless pilots perfect their wing control. Although he is now passing the torch, Max remains involved as a mentor and advisor, sharing his decades of knowledge with the new generation.
